Мы, участники Всесоюзного движения по защите
политузников-борцов за социализм, а также участники движения «Venceremos», обращаемся к вновь избранным руководителям
Соединенных Штатов Америки и прежде всего, к Президенту США Бараку Обаме.
Более 10 лет томятся в застенках тюрем США известная
всему миру героическая Пятерка, сыны кубинского народа, немало сделавшие для
того, чтобы пресечь террористические акции врагов своей Родины против ее
граждан, против ее руководителей, против ее мирно и успешно развивающегося
народного хозяйства.
Миллионы людей на Планете высоко ценят героизм и
преданность своей Родине этих славных ее сынов: Герардо Эрнандеса Нордело, Фернандо
Гонсалеса Льорта, Антонио Герреро Родригеса, Рамона Лабаньино Саласара и Рене
Гонсалеса Сехверерта.
Вы, наверняка знаете, что судебный процесс над ними
проходил в суде Майями штата Флорида,
где царит заведомо предвзятое отношение к Новой Кубе и преданным ей гражданам.
Но даже на том суде выступало много свидетелей, которые утверждали, что Пятерка
не причинила и не имела помыслов причинить никакого вреда безопасности США. В пользу защиты выступило и несколько высокопоставленных
офицеров армии Соединенных Штатов (бывший командующий Южной группы войск США,
четырехзвездный генерал Чарльз Уилхем, адмирал Аткинсон, полковник Юджин Кэрол,
полковник Букнер), бывший советник по кубинским делам президента Соединенных
Штатов Уильяма Клинтона Ричард Нунчио, которые свидетельствовали, что
подсудимые не совершали никаких действий, которые могли бы нанести вред
безопасности США. Пятерка лишь хотела помочь руководству обеих стран –
США и Кубы – в борьбе с истинными террористами, замышляющими преступления
против Кубы. Однако неправедное решение майамским судом было принято, и пятеро
кубинцев получили огромные сроки заключения вплоть до двух пожизненных с
издевательской добавкой « и еще 15 лет».
Много воды утекло за прошедшие десять лет. Все Пятеро
оставались преданными своей Родине ее сынами, мужественно преодолевающими все
пытки и издевательства, которым они подвергались за 10 лет заключения - от
содержания в кандалах до многолетнего лишения свиданий с родными и близкими. Но
за эти годы росло уважение к этим отважным людям на всем Земном шаре.
Неправедное решение Майамского суда было осуждено
решением Рабочей группы по незаконным задержаниям Совета по правам человека ООН
от 27 мая 2005 года, решением Апелляционного Суда 11-ого округа Атланты от 9
августа 2005 года, заявлениями Международной Амнистии в январе 2006 и январе
2007 годов, резолюцией Международной Ассоциации Юристов от 26 сентября 2006
года, резолюцией Всемирного Совета Мира от 8 октября 2006 года, парламентами
многих стран мира и многими другими национальными и международными
организациями, а также более чем 6-ью тысячами известных всему миру
представителей интеллигенции, десятками лауреатов Нобелевской премии. Почти в
100 странах мира созданы около 300 Комитетов, ведущих борьбу за освобождение
Пятерки, проводящих пикеты и митинги, обращающихся с Петициями во многие
международные инстанции. Все они требуют освободить славных сынов кубинского
народа, которых прежнее руководство США позволяло гноить в тюремных казематах
своей страны. Каждый день пребывания Пятерки в застенках – это каждый день,
умножающий ненависть и презрение народов мира к власти Соединенных Штатов
Америки.
Мы знаем, что власть США и американский народ – не
одно и то же. Мы знаем, что тысячи людей в США также, как и честные люди во
всем мире, ведут борьбу за освобождение Пятерки.
Сегодня, когда сменилось руководство США, все,
выступающие в защиту Кубинской Пятерки, очень надеются, что будет положен конец
гнусному преследованию людей, которыми по праву гордятся жители Земли. Ведь что
может быть священнее, чем любовь к своей Родине, преданность ей и мужественная
готовность принять ради нее любые страдания!
Не скроем, нас обнадеживает не только добрая улыбка
Барака Абамы, с которой он смотрит со страниц многих и многих изданий газет и
журналов, не только его юридическое образование, которое должно помочь ему
решить вопрос по справедливости, не только его Чикагская молодость, которая позволила
ему соприкоснуться с жизнью многих простых, трудящихся людей Америки, но и дань
уважения, которую он отдает славному сыну Америки, Мартину Лютеру Кингу.
45 лет назад в своей знаменитой речи «Есть у меня
мечта» Мартин Лютер Кинг многократно произнес незабываемые слова: «Да зазвенит
же свобода!»
Сегодня, когда все честные люди мира ждут освобождения
героических сынов кубинского народа Герардо Эрнандеса Нордело, Рене Гонсалеса
Сехверерта, Фернандо Гонсалеса Льорта, Антонио Герреро Родригеса и Рамона
Лабаньино Саласара, мы говорим

know, the court hearing of their case took place in

Mas que 10 anos sufren en las mazmorra norteamericanas cinco hijos
heroicos
Millones de hombres y mujeres de todo el Planeta aprecian altamente el
heroismo y la fidelidad a
Usted, por cierto,
saben que el juicio de Cinco tuvo lugar en Mayami, Florida, donde reina
opinión preconcebida sobre Cuba Nueva y su ciudadanos fieles. Pero hasta
en aquel juicio intervenian muchos testigos que testimoniaban que los Cinco no
pensaban hacer y no hicieron algun dano a los EEUU. A favor de la defensa
pronunciaron y unos oficiales de alto grado del Ejercito de los EEUU (ex-jefe
del Grupo Sur de las tropas norteamericanas, el general de cuatro estrellas Charls
Wilham, almirante Atkinson, coronel Judgin Carol, coronel Bukner), ex-consejero
por asuntos cubanos del Presidente de los EEUU W.Clinton – Richard Nunchio, y
ellos confirmaron que los Cinco no hicieron nada en perjuicio de la seguridad
de los EEUU. Los Cinco solo querian ayudar a los dirigentes norteamericanos y
cubanos en su lucha contra los terroristas verdaderos que preparan los delitos
contra
Pasaron 10 anos.
Los Cinco quedan fieles a su Patria, superan valientemente todas las torturas y
humillaciónes de reclusion, desde aherrojamiento hasta privacion de
entrevistas con sus familias. Pero todos aquellos anos se aumentaba el respeto
a esos hombres atrevidos por todo el mundo.
La sentencia
injusta del Corte de Mayami era reprobada por el Grupo de trabajo por las
detenciónes ilegítimas del Consejo por Derechos Humanos de

ponga el fin a la persecucion abominable de los hombres que son orgullo de

nos da esperanza no solo sonrisa buena de Obama, que nos mira de las paginas de
los periodicos y revistas, no solo su educacion juridical que debe ayudarle
decidir la causa justamente, no solo su juventud de Chicago que le permitio
conocer la vida del pueblo simple, pueblo trabajador de America, pero tambien
su respeto al hijo glorioso de America, Martin Luter King.
Hace 45 anos en su
discurso famoso “Tengo un
